Process Flow

The process consists of two sets of mobile crushing plant with tires, the first set of mobile crushing plant is equipped with GZD1142 vibrating feeder, PE750*1060 jaw crusher, B1200*15m conveyor, the second set of mobile crushing plant is equipped with HP300 multi-cylinder cone crusher, 3YK1860 vibrating screen; the materials are fed evenly to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder, and after crushed, the materials larger than 50mm will enter the HP300 multi-cylinder cone crusher for crushing and after screening, the finished sand and gravel aggregates will be transferred to the vibrating screen through the conveyor. After crushing, the material is transported to the vibrating screen for screening through the conveyor, and the material larger than 50mm after screening enters the HP300 multi-cylinder cone crusher for crushing, and the finished sand and gravel aggregate after screening is transported to the finished product area through the conveyor.
